Accounts Receivable/Inventory Clerk

About This Role

This role involves managing accounts receivable, including daily reconciliations, payment postings, and contacting customers for overdue invoices. Additionally, it requires overseeing inventory management by stocking new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily clearing account reconciliations
• Post credit card, cash, and cash sales
• Deposit cash in vaults
• Scan and deposit checks to the bank
• Post payments, file copies, and maintain records
• Contact customers via call/email for invoices over 60 days old
• Stock in all new and used vehicles
• Maintain in-transit and stock units
• Post all factory account invoices
• Reconcile manufacturer open accounts weekly

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations
• Clean and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
• Understands employee payroll issues, and communicates solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully
• Required to read, write, comprehend and speak English clearly
• Valid Florida driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
