About This Role

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Broadridge will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance. This role involves analyzing data, implementing process improvements, and minimizing financial risk.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key customers and act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients
  • Liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely invoice delivery and payment coordination
  • Negotiate settlements within assigned guidelines
  • Create and generate analytics using mathematical analysis to recommend sub ledger activity and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls, SEC regulations, and client contracts
  • Propose sub ledger entries, reserves, and reconciliation of cash deposits using internal and external systems
  • Identify trends in processes and propose efficiencies through improved workflows
  • Review existing processes and recommend enhancements
  • Research and provide direction on complex issues to internal partners and respond to client requests
  • Manage all aspects impacting the order-to-cash cycle
  • Assess financial risk and recommend solutions to minimize organizational and client exposure
  • Provide proactive and timely training and guidance to team members, including developing manuals and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related area
  • 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and accept accountability
  • Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related area
  • 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Oracle
  • Demonstrated project management skills
