Manage a high volume of accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation for a St. Paul client. This role requires strong experience in both PO and Non-PO invoicing, with a preference for candidates familiar with freight AP.
Responsibilities
- Manage 2000+ invoices per month
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices
- Handle freight AP (preferred)
- Code invoices
- Perform check runs
- Execute 3-way matching
Requirements
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with PO and Non-PO Invoicing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with freight AP
