Accounts Manager

About This Role

Manage and expand strategic customer and partner relationships for an advanced biologics services portfolio within a collaborative life sciences organization. This role focuses on driving growth and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer and distributor accounts
• Expand existing relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers, coordinating internally to ensure excellent execution
• Develop and maintain strong distributor partnerships aligned with commercial strategy
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer presentations and onboarding
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity using CRM tools and present updates during regular reviews
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs, sharing insights with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or commercial roles within life sciences
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work cross-functionally
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with gene therapy, viral vectors, biologics, or adjacent research applications
