About This Role

Manage human resources, data, office, and financial systems to support, record, and report company activities. This role involves comprehensive accounting, HR support, data management, and office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, General Ledger entries, balance checking accounts, and reconcile credit cards
  • Manage and complete fiscal period reporting and provide financial reports using the ERP system
  • Correspond with customer A/P and vendor A/R, monitoring activities and troubleshooting end-of-period balancing problems
  • Manage employee fringe benefits and plans, assist with benefit plan recommendations, and research wages for competitiveness
  • Perform cost-control activities related to HR, assist managers with reviews, attendance management, employee issues, hiring, discharge, and discipline
  • Manage the third-party payroll system
  • Work with staff to correct data like purchase orders and prices, and perform End Of Month balancing activities
  • Manage providers for telephone, internet, computer, and other office equipment and related agreements

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in accounting or equivalent business experience
  • Five to ten years of broad office experience with basic principles of accounting preferred

Nice to Have

  • 5-10 years of broad office experience with basic accounting principles
