About This Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend accounting with strategic M&A within a global robotics/technology leader, focusing on M&A integration, technical accounting, and corporate finance. It provides significant exposure beyond traditional accounting paths and a clear trajectory into finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance and accounting workstreams for M&A deals, from due diligence through post-acquisition integration
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across finance, tax, legal, treasury, and corporate development
  • Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations, equity method investments, joint ventures)
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
  • Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
