Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist in preparing accounting entries and maintaining financial documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices
• Conduct audits of financial documents to verify accuracy and completeness
• Provide assistance with preparing reports and financial statements as needed
• Identify and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and workflows

Requirements

• At least one year of accounting experience
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong knowledge of bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Ability to prepare accurate accounting entries and financial reports
• Familiarity with basic auditing practices and procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
