About This Role

This Account Representative role focuses on building strong client relationships, serving as a primary contact, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure outstanding service and support for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
  • Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored recommendations
  • Manage account activity including renewals, updates, product education, and service requests
  • Conduct outbound outreach to check in on accounts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics, service issues, and growth opportunities in the CRM
  • Support new client onboarding by ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve issues quickly
  • Present product updates, promotions, or new service options to existing clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs
