This Account Representative role focuses on building strong client relationships, serving as a primary contact, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure outstanding service and support for a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
- Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored recommendations
- Manage account activity including renewals, updates, product education, and service requests
- Conduct outbound outreach to check in on accounts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Track performance metrics, service issues, and growth opportunities in the CRM
- Support new client onboarding by ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve issues quickly
- Present product updates, promotions, or new service options to existing clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs
Requirements

Qualifications
- 1-3 years in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service preferred

- 1-3 years in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Background in marketing, SaaS, events, or retail sales
