The Account Executive will drive new revenue growth by selling embedded finance solutions to vertical SaaS platforms. This role involves sourcing, closing, and managing new SaaS partner relationships to expand PayPal's reach in the embedded finance ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new partners.
- Foster strategically-focused communications to enhance collaboration.
- Support partner growth strategies to drive mutual success.
- Initiate regular contact to understand partner needs and challenges.
- Communicate partner needs to appropriate stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Drive new business development by prospecting and closing SaaS platform partners seeking to embed payments, credit, and other financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.
