Lead sales engagements and foster customer relationships for Federal government clients, driving profitable growth by defining and completing strategic objectives with a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales engagements
- Build and foster customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (services, partners, product leaders) to define and complete short- and long-term strategies
- Leverage technical expertise to discuss network architectures, datacenter requirements, security, and related technologies
- Translate technical discussions into meaningful business outcomes for clients
- Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking
- Collaborate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales role with IT solutions for Federal government or enterprise clients
- Must live in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland or NC
- Ability to travel to client site as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in a sales role focused on IT solutions for Federal government or enterprise clients
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of Direct sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling to Federal government
- 2+ years of experience selling to NatSec/NatDef account within Federal government
- 2+ years of Software/SaaS sales experience
- Comfortable with enterprise and transactional sales models
- Skilled at balancing immediate demands with long-term strategic goals
