Account Executive Refill

About This Role

Drive organic Refill growth within the independent grocery and c-store channel for Primo Brands, a leading beverage company. Develop new vending placement opportunities, manage customer relationships, and upsell the full product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and negotiate new water Refill vending placement opportunities
• Upsell the full product portfolio including dispensers, 5-gallon bulk water, and case pack products
• Manage a book of business in the assigned territory to upsell and expand current offers
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call-on prospective customers and solicit product distribution
• Compile lists of prospective customers and establish new business and revenue growth
• Cold call on new independent store owners, retail store managers, and commercial decision makers
• Negotiate pricing and refill vending commission schedules, preparing agreements and authorizations
• Work with operational stakeholders and deployment teams to ensure timely product delivery and equipment installations
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to capture activities, leads, and opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline
• Develop strategic and tactical sales plans to deliver against key objectives by product segment

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM tools

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred with a business-related area of concentration
• 2-4 years job experience in a consumer products or vending environment performing sales-oriented functions, including multi-channel experience, grocery, drug, convenience store and mass merchandising, or a college degree in a business-related area
