About This Role

As an Account Director, you will manage key strategic client accounts for promotional merchandise programs, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing end-to-end execution of projects and mentoring internal account team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective and productive client relationships
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to provide tailored promotional merchandise program solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
  • Oversee and support ImageSeller Account Team members
  • Lead client program strategy development and execution
  • Initiate recommendations and strategies to achieve program objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, manage and implement the timeline, budget and deliverables for client programs
  • Lead program direction including creative direction, offerings, inventory management and strategic program planning
  • Oversee website implementation and day to day logistics, manage inventory and fulfillment process
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of industry experience in Promotional Products, CPG, Apparel or related merchandise
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Merchandise Industry including promotional products merchandising, sourcing, and purchasing
  • Financial acumen to understand pricing and margin impacts on profitability
  • High degree of organization and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work to meet deadlines
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional internal and external resources
  • Personally motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
  • Able to lead and manage strategic client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 4-8 years of industry experience in Promotional Products, CPG, Apparel or related merchandise, or 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role
