As an Account Development Representative, you will lead the generation of strategic pipeline by engaging prospects and leveraging Unqork's solutions to address complex business challenges. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Value Engineering to highlight the financial impact of eliminating technical debt.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM organization to highest quality, quantity, and velocity of strategic pipeline
- Engage and inspire prospects to transform their business through next-generation application development
- Conduct early-stage discovery to understand complex business challenges
- Leverage Unqork’s qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality opportunities enter the funnel
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Value Engineering to bring Unqork’s value proposition to life
- Fuel the revenue engine through deep account research, analyzing annual reports, industry data, and digital maturity signals
- Identify compelling triggers for C-Level and Executive engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of SDR/BDR/ADR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written communication both internally and to prospects
- Track record of strong performance to quota
- Proficient with tech stack: Salesloft/Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn SalesNav
- Previous cold-calling experience or comfortable speaking on the phone
- Competitive spirit
- Experience working and collaborating cross-functionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of SDR/BDR/ADR experience
Nice to Have
- SaaS or Enterprise experience
- Experience building strategic account plans in conjunction with AEs
- Experience researching accounts and digital signals to determine product fit and propensity to buy
