Academic Clinician, Assistant Professor Outpatient Psychiatry

About This Role

This role is for an Academic Clinician and Assistant Professor in Outpatient Psychiatry, focusing on providing evaluations, assessments, and treatment services to children and families while also supervising and teaching behavioral health trainees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavioral health trainees, including psychiatry fellows and residents, psychology externs, fellows, and interns
• Give lectures to trainees in psychology, psychiatry, and pediatrics
• Develop curricula for training programs
• Provide evaluations, assessment, and treatment services to children and families in The Division of Outpatient Behavioral Health
• Work with specialty programs focusing on autism, ADHD/disruptive behavior disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and eating disorders

Requirements

• M.D. or Ph.D or equivalent degree
