Lead and oversee in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Columbus, GA area, focusing on clinical excellence and strategic growth. This role involves building professional networks, promoting services, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Oversee the implementation and integrity of behavior intervention plans in accordance with BACB and payer standards
- Maintain clinical compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical practice
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on program development and branch growth
- Build and maintain professional networks and community partnerships to increase awareness of services and drive referrals
- Monitor caseloads, staffing needs, and clinical outcomes to support sustainable growth
- Balance leadership duties with 10–15 billable hours per week
- Communicate regularly with families, clinicians, and internal leadership regarding program performance and needs
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory and leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop clinical teams
- Strong skills in networking, relationship-building, and community outreach
- Experience with in-home ABA service models
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical and operational decisions
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory and leadership experience
