Ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel during the 3rd shift by monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and conducting inspections to identify security risks. This role requires critical thinking in high-pressure situations and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, including providing first aid if necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or issues
- Enforce all employees are using PPE equipment at all times on the production floor
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Drug Screen
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Ability to handle conflict situations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to work weekends
Nice to Have
- Experience in loss prevention or security management
- Military experience
