- 15+ years of experience in z/OS system programming role
- Expertise in SYSPLEX environment
- Strong knowledge of IBM, Broadcom, BMC software
- Installation & maintenance of IBM and CA products
- Handling technical lead role (iSME)
- Knowledge on across mainframe platforms
- Strong knowledge on Mainframe security
- Strong knowledge on Network
- Strong knowledge on Performance tuning
- Strong knowledge on automation
- Experience with monitoring tools
