About This Role

Join the Stateline Family YMCA as a Youth Soccer Referee to officiate youth soccer games, teach children the sport, and foster a positive, fun environment.

Responsibilities

Officiate youth soccer games
Teach kids sportsmanship and rules
Enforce rules and diffuse tense situations with confidence and fairness
Maintain an alert and safety-oriented approach to keep participants safe

Requirements

Passion for sports and teaching children
Punctual and reliable
Ability to take constructive criticism
Ability to build relationships
Safety-oriented
