Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of at-risk female youth in a residential commitment program. Monitor and document behaviors, facilitate sports and recreation, and mentor youth to help them develop within the program.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth
- Monitor and document behaviors
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education
- Driver’s License
