Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Xerox printers

- Troubleshoot technical issues with printing equipment
- Maintain optimal performance of printing equipment
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Printer Support and maintaining Xerox printing equipment
- Knowledge of Print Production workflows and processes
- Skills in Printing and troubleshooting printing solutions
- Familiarity with Bindery and post-print operations
- Understanding of Inkjet technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage on-site repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant technical certification
- 5 plus years Experience with Printer Support and maintaining Xerox printing equipment

- Prior experience with Xerox or similar printing equipment
