This role is for a Workday Integration Specialist responsible for managing and integrating data within Workday, focusing on recruiting and HCM functions for a banking client.
Responsibilities
- Allocate resources to recruiting and HCM functions within Workday
- Integrate other systems into Workday
- Perform hands-on Workday integration tasks
Requirements
- 7+ years working within Workday Integrations
- Experience with Workday Extend
- 5+ years of Core HCM experience
- 3+ years with recruiting experience
- Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework
- Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures
- Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with Workday implementation and day-to-day processes
- Good communication and self-starter attitude
