Join a compact and agile interactive agency to strengthen the web development team, focusing on WordPress development and aspiring to full-stack responsibilities. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time work, blending on-site collaboration with remote options.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and provide ongoing support for custom WordPress and Drupal websites
- Perform interactive front-end development using HTML, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, and AJAX
- Conduct custom back-end development in PHP/MySQL
- Manage integrations with third-party APIs and develop API calls
- Perform testing and troubleshooting across browsers, devices, and responsiveness
- Multi-task and switch between projects quickly
- Problem-solve creatively to find solutions even when not immediately obvious
Requirements
- Talent with back-end PHP/MySQL development
- Talent with front-end HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Experience with WordPress using the Avada theme
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and fast learner mindset
- Eye for aesthetics
Qualifications
- Recent or soon-to-be grads are welcome
Nice to Have
- Comfort with Figma
- Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfort with Canva
- Knowledge of cPanel, phpMyAdmin, or SSH
