As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will serve customers by demonstrating AT&T's products and services, offering personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to fit their lifestyle. This role is a brand ambassador for AT&T, working in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs
- Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions
- Represent the Company and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties
- Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service
- Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones
- Excel in selling AT&T's products and services, including entertainment
- Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve, and succeed within the local community
