Wireless Retail Store Team Leader

About This Role

Lead, coach, and inspire a sales staff within an AT&T Authorized Retailer store while managing all aspects of store operations and ensuring superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, top-notch sales training to new Connectivity Experts using the 5 Step Sales Process
• Mentor and train team members for sales success through observation, coaching, and counseling
• Provide strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills, leading by example
• Supervise store employees and be actively involved in hiring and accountability
• Provide superior customer service and meet expected company goals
• Handle escalated customer situations and make equitable decisions
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
• Reconcile daily sales reports
• Schedule store employees
• Maintain good employer/employee communication

Requirements

• Ability to LEAD, COACH, and INSPIRE sales staff
• Strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills
• Proven organizational leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Direct experience working in an environment with continuous change
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year Associates degree is preferred
• Minimum of one year of retail sales and management experience is preferred
