Window Service Technician

About This Role

The Service Technician will represent Pella in the field, providing exceptional service to homeowners and contractors by inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing Pella windows and doors.

Responsibilities

• Complete service visits to inspect, diagnose, and repair Pella products
• Install replacement components (glass, sashes, screens, blinds, etc.)
• Document service work and coordinate follow-up when needed
• Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance
• Maintain service vehicle and parts inventory
• Work closely with internal service team to ensure seamless communication
• Deliver a customer experience that reflects Pella’s high standards

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Experience using power tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of window service, construction, or related field experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of windows, doors, or construction terminology
