Window Installer

About This Role

This role involves installing windows and doors, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The installer will be responsible for effective communication, following safety guidelines, and growing with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance team members by effectively communicating field issues and areas of improvement
• Maintain punctuality and consistency in attendance
• Support and help team members
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures
• Learn and apply the AIM method with on-the-job training
• Use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns
• Work at heights involving climbing ladders
• Lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
• Communicate professionally with customers and manage expectations
• Drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record

• Proficient in basic math (subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, area calculation)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications is desirable but not required.
