About This Role

The Wholesale Bridal Account Executive will represent Demetrios within an assigned territory, focusing on building strong relationships with bridal retailers to drive sales growth and market share for exquisite wedding gowns. This role involves strategic sales planning, account development, and supporting retailers through store visits and industry events to ensure the optimal presentation and reordering of Demetrios collections.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal retailers within an assigned region, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, maximize sample placement, and drive consistent reorder rates
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners while nurturing existing accounts to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage the placement and rotation of sample gowns in retail locations, ensuring optimal presentation of collections
  • Conduct regular store visits throughout the territory to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship building
  • Attend and support trunk shows, showcase collections at national bridal markets and trade shows, and represent Demetrios at industry events
  • Maintain an active presence in the territory through consistent store visits, ensuring retailer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Be accessible to retail partners on weekends during peak bridal shopping seasons and available to work trunk shows, markets, and in-store events as needed
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Orlando-based teams to communicate market feedback and support business objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze territory performance, and provide regular reporting on account activity and opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in wholesale and/or retail bridal industry (sales, store management, or account management roles)
  • Genuine passion for bridal fashion and the wedding industry
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with natural relationship-building abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven with proven ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Flexibility to work and travel on weekends during busy bridal seasons and market dates
  • Availability to be contacted by retail partners on weekends when needed
  • Willingness to travel regularly within territory (40-60%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in wholesale and/or retail bridal industry (sales, store management, or account management roles)

Nice to Have

  • Established relationships with bridal retailers in the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and competitive landscape
  • Experience conducting trunk shows or retail training events
  • Experience managing sales territories or retail accounts
  • Social media savvy with understanding of digital marketing in the bridal space
  • CRM software proficiency
