About This Role

This role supports Wealth Relationship Managers in providing an outstanding client experience for banking and wealth clients, focusing on sales support, administrative tasks, and day-to-day client servicing for banking products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality sales support to individual or team of Wealth Relationship Managers
  • Reduce the time spent on process and administrative tasks by Wealth Relationship Managers to increase team capacity
  • Support Wealth Relationship Managers for the banking portions of their assigned portfolio
  • Support Wealth Relationship Managers to manage client contact and service, including handling client calls and inquiries in their absence
  • Provide sales support to licensed sales staff including preparing and completing sales documents and managing data input
  • Enhance client trust in HBUS and Wealth’s capability of meeting client needs
  • Have regular contact with clients regarding their accounts, under the direction of a registered securities representative
  • Enter orders for clients and open new client accounts at the direction of the registered representative

Requirements

  • Series 7 license
  • Series 63 license
  • Life and Health insurance licenses
  • Good experience in financial services industry
  • Knowledge of brokerage products and services, operations and pertinent regulations
  • Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in US
  • Understanding of relationship management systems (CRM and RM Platform, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of appropriate branch operational procedures
  • Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations

Qualifications

  • Good experience in the financial services industry, with previous experience in Retail/Premier Bank sales preferred.
