Warehouse Coordinator / Pharmacy Tech

About This Role

This role involves preparing and packing medical equipment and supplies for distribution to patients, managing warehouse inventory, and maintaining a clean production space. The Warehouse Coordinator will also assist with patient deliveries and act as a backup driver when needed, playing a key part in ensuring efficient home infusion services.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare equipment and supplies prior to distribution to patients
• Fill orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
• Ensure delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
• Coordinate home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist
• Coordinate patient deliveries
• Stock, store and rotate warehouse equipment and supplies
• Complete and maintain product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records
• Monitor drug supply and pump inventory and levels
• Maintain a clean and orderly production space
• Perform other related duties as directed

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
