This role is responsible for the complete cycle of warehouse operations, including receiving, pulling, and shipping orders. It also involves delivering orders to customers, ensuring safe transport, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive materials, pull and ship orders for customers
- Order replacement stock
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support
- Deliver orders using a company truck
- Load materials and ensure they are safely secured
- Drive to customer locations and assist with unloading
- Complete required paperwork related to orders
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to frequently lift and move 20 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
