Warehouse Associate

About This Role

This role involves managing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and fleet management for a rapidly growing home remodeling brand. The Warehouse Associate will ensure products are properly received, staged, inspected, and inventoried in a safe environment, contributing to the mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies
• Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to Manager
• Examine deliveries for damage

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving
• A high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
• The ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced work environment
• The desire to continuously improve processes and always find a way to get the job done right
• Valid Driver’s License
