About This Role

Join Standard Supply as a Warehouse Associate to prepare and load customer orders, ensuring safe and accurate delivery. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting team goals.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer orders for delivery with speed and accuracy
Operate powered equipment (training provided)
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Support team goals while juggling multiple tasks
Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills
Quick learner with a can-do attitude
Safety-first mindset when using equipment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable loading/unloading trucks
Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
Able to push/pull 20+ lbs
Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items
Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Entry level, no prior experience needed
