The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customers receive essential materials for clean water and heating/cooling by efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory, maintaining inventory standards, and providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Work cooperatively within the warehouse team to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material
- Maintain inventory standards and control
- Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries
- Properly load and unload materials from trucks
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of materials handling and stocking
- Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, and reach
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors as required
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking
Nice to Have
- Forklift Certification
- Knowledge of assigned business line’s products
- Experience in leadership
