Warehouse Associate II

About This Role

This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring efficient movement and organization of inventory. Responsibilities include order fulfillment and maintaining accurate records of materials.

Responsibilities

• Read production, customer, work, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributed
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items
• Distribute items to production workers or assembly line
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing/shipping
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open bales, crates, and other containers
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions
• Ability to convey materials and items

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
