Warehouse Associate

About This Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing HVAC products for delivery, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations
• Operate a forklift (certification training provided)
• Assist counter sales with pulling orders and loading customer vehicles
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Count stock and assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store materials
• Ability to work comfortably with computers and warehouse systems
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely operate forklift equipment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with UPS and FedEx systems
• Forklift certified
• Experience in the HVAC field
