About This Role

This high-impact leadership role shapes and scales global digital growth, defining go-to-market strategies and building sales engines for new markets, regions, and customer segments worldwide. The Vice President of Market Development will leave a lasting imprint on the company's global digital footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global go-to-market strategy for digital solutions, driving expansion across international markets and customer segments.
  • Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, clearly articulating differentiated outcomes for HVAC/R professionals and partners.
  • Build and scale a technical sales capability—setting the vision, hiring roadmap, and development strategy for a global sales team.
  • Grow the digital brand into new geographies and adjacencies, accelerating adoption and increasing global market share.
  • Partner closely with commercial leaders in the U.S. and Europe to identify emerging technologies and new growth opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful market entry and revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience leading market development, GTM strategy, and software or digital sales in global environments
  • Proven ability to build, inspire, and scale teams, especially in growth-stage or transformational settings
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a bias toward execution and results
  • Deep understanding of digital markets, customer segmentation, and technology-driven business models
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across regions and functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading market development, GTM strategy, and software or digital sales in global environments.
