This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide transformation globally for Ellsworth Adhesives. It partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Transformation strategy aligned with company goals
- Implement process optimization methodologies across the organization and establish performance metrics
- Own the end-to-end Customer Order Fulfillment Process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability
- Support the enterprise Strategic Planning Process, including annual planning cycles and multi-year roadmaps
- Oversee development, enhancement, and evolution of the company’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategy and enterprise transformation
- Lead change efforts with clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and training
- Perform full range of people-management responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct work experience
- 5+ years of supervisory, management or executive experience
- 5+ years of global experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Sales mindset with sales management background
- Expertise in deployment of CRM system(s) and CRM playbooks
- Business expertise in ERP systems and scalability
- Product management experience (i.e. pricing, product mix, promotional activities and profitability)
- Full M&A experience from due diligence to integration
- Demonstrated experience related to strategic and operational planning
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Project management skills on large scale projects
- Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License and/or Insurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of direct work experience, 5+ years of global experience, and 5+ years of supervisory, management or executive experience
