Manage the efficient operations of a full-service branch office, directing sales initiatives, ensuring customer service and compliance, and overseeing staff hiring and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient operations of a full-service branch office
• Direct overall sales initiative of the branch
• Interact with customers to discuss banking needs and deepen relationships
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and security measures
• Hire, supervise, and train staff
• Meet and exceed profit, loan, deposit, and fee goals
• Review loan applicants, analyze financial condition, and approve loans within limits
• Assist customers with new accounts including checking, savings, certificates, and IRAs
• Oversee administrative aspects including audits, reports, cash management, and compliance
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate job expectations
• Evaluate staff performances, providing coaching and counseling
• Represent the bank in the community through involvement in civic organizations
• Ensure properties and facilities meet bank standards for appearance, cleanliness, and safety
• Responsible for overall branch security and disaster recovery process
