Responsibilities
- Manage efficient operations of a full-service branch office
- Direct overall sales initiative of the branch
- Interact with customers to discuss banking needs and deepen relationships
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and security measures
- Hire, supervise, and train staff
- Meet and exceed profit, loan, deposit, and fee goals
- Review loan applicants, analyze financial condition, and approve loans within limits
- Assist customers with new accounts including checking, savings, certificates, and IRAs
- Oversee administrative aspects including audits, reports, cash management, and compliance
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate job expectations
- Evaluate staff performances, providing coaching and counseling
- Represent the bank in the community through involvement in civic organizations
- Ensure properties and facilities meet bank standards for appearance, cleanliness, and safety
- Responsible for overall branch security and disaster recovery process
