Provide high-touch service excellence to executive-level client travelers, handling incoming requests and actively consulting on travel arrangements, including up-selling related products.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
- Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
- Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products
- Expertly use appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Understand client travel policy and appropriately guide and consistently consult with the customer
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
- Actively communicate and seek expansion of current knowledge of various travel industries supported
Requirements
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
