Responsibilities
- Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally
- Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type, write, and speak English
- Ability to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- 1 year of phone customer service experience
- 1 year of security experience
- Bilingual
