Vice President of Regional Operations

About This Role

This executive leadership role supports the company's transition from headquarters establishment to regional implementation and expansion, playing a pivotal part in building regional operating systems from the ground up. The Vice President of Regional Operations will strategically develop and launch regional business operations, ensuring scalability and aligning with market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Establish a regional operation management framework, defining core processes, key nodes, authority boundaries, and escalation mechanisms.
• Translate overall company strategy and headquarters operating model into regionally executable plans.
• Develop regional launch rhythm, phased goals, and key milestones.
• Participate in the design of regional organizational structure and job boundaries.
• Promote stable collaboration mechanisms between the region and headquarters.
• Actively engage in system implementation and usage design to ensure systems serve regional operations effectively.
• Define critical operational and business indicators for the region.
• Establish regional operational review, debriefing, and optimization mechanisms.
• Provide headquarters management with actionable regional operational data.

Requirements

• Over 20 years of regional operations or comprehensive management experience
• At least one complete experience from regional preparation to stable operation
• Ability to make independent decisions with incomplete information and time constraints
• Ability to collaborate deeply with headquarters and founding team
