About This Role

This role is for a Vice President, Creative who will define, elevate, and guide the company’s visual identity and brand storytelling at a fast-growing technology company. They will oversee a team across design, video, and production to ensure compelling and cohesive digital experiences, campaigns, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-house creative team, guiding projects from concept to delivery
  • Define and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Set direction for video and multimedia content, from brand pieces to product and event assets
  • Partner with go-to-market, product, and engineering teams to translate technical ideas into effective marketing and sales materials
  • Guide the creative direction for major events and high-impact campaigns, including targeted account initiatives and location-based activations

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading creative teams, ideally in a fast-growing B2B software, technology, or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio that shows depth in brand development, design systems, and video work
  • Experience simplifying complex technical ideas into clear, compelling visuals
  • A track record of managing and mentoring designers, videographers, and producers, while partnering effectively with senior leadership
  • Comfort handling multiple projects and budgets at once without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading creative teams, ideally in a fast-growing B2B software, technology, or agency environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with technology, data visualization, or work connected to government or defense
