The Vault/Warehouse Associate fulfills card orders for clients, performing quality checks and confirming quantities. This role involves operating a forklift after training and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize special order ticket requests
- Check counts using basic math to ensure order accuracy
- Match batch ticket on screen to order and balance sleeve and bulk inventory
- Respond to equipment alert messages to resolve any errors
- Safely operate a forklift, including at elevated heights, upon completion of onsite training and certification
Requirements
- Experience using a computer for data entry
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to perform basic math for order picking
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often
- Currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
Nice to Have
- High school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 year of experience in operating production machines
