This remote Vacation Specialist role involves managing clients' travel needs, from researching destinations and preparing itineraries to making reservations and ensuring all requests are met.
Responsibilities
- Research all aspects of the destination needs
- Prepare and present vacation itineraries
- Make reservations for car rentals, flights, hotels, etc.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly
- Document all client needs properly to ensure requests are met
- Follow all company procedures and policies
- Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs
Requirements
- Must have a phone
- Must have good internet connection
- Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision
