Responsibilities
- Clean and reset rentals according to company standards before guest check-in
- Inspect for damages, report issues, and restock essential supplies (toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies)
- Manage laundry tasks and maintain cleanliness using a structured checklist
- Stay on schedule and communicate priorities with management
- Follow health and safety guidelines and continuously improve through training
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable vehicle and insurance
- English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
- Physically capable of bending, squatting, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs
- Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
