• Clean and reset rentals according to company standards before guest check-in
• Inspect for damages, report issues, and restock essential supplies (toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies)
• Manage laundry tasks and maintain cleanliness using a structured checklist
• Stay on schedule and communicate priorities with management
• Follow health and safety guidelines and continuously improve through training

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle and insurance
• English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
• Physically capable of bending, squatting, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
