User Experience Architect

About This Role

Lead the architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale UI and platform modernization initiatives, focusing on legacy system transformation. Define end-to-end solution architecture across modern UI frameworks, backend services, data layers, and integration components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale UI and platform modernization initiatives involving legacy system transformation.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture across modern UI frameworks (Angular/React), backend services (.NET Core–based APIs and microservices), data layers, and integration components.
• Drive modernization strategies including legacy UI replacement, API enablement, backend decoupling, and incremental migration approaches.
• Own architecture and design definition, including application architecture, integration patterns, security architecture, and non-functional requirements.
• Review and govern solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, cloud-readiness, and long-term maintainability.
• Conduct design and code reviews across frontend and backend teams to ensure architectural compliance, code quality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX, engineering leads, DevOps, and security teams to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, guiding design decisions and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Own cloud-aligned architecture with strong focus on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Define and govern CI/CD architecture and DevOps practices, enabling automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment pipelines across environments.
