About This Role

As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will advise corporate clients, develop immigration strategies, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations, impacting businesses, employees, and their families. This role involves preparing and filing employment-based visa petitions and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

Requirements

• Bar Admission in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
• Commitment to Accuracy & Compliance: Strong attention to detail in legal filings and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies.
