Join UrgentVet as a Relief Veterinarian to provide after-hours urgent care for canine and feline patients, bridging the gap between general practice and emergency services. This role involves managing diverse cases while upholding a high standard of client experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct themselves as a position of leadership, trust, and respect
- Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience
- Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
- Provide after-hours urgent care for canine and feline patients
- Manage common urgent cases including wound care, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be working
Qualifications
