This role will support Charge Nurses and other nursing staff by handling daily duties at the Nursing Station, serving as the main point of contact for family members, nurses, and doctors. The Unit Support Nurse plays a crucial role in ensuring the facility runs smoothly and positively impacts residents' and colleagues' lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Charge Nurses, Resident Care Managers, and other nursing staff with daily duties to ensure a smoothly run facility
- Serve as the main point of contact at the Nursing Station for family, nursing, and doctor's needs
- Perform duties that directly make a noticeable difference in the lives of residents and colleagues
Requirements
- Must be an LPN or RN in the appropriate state
