The Benefits Sales Representative meets remotely with union members to explain and help them select supplemental benefit plans that protect their families. This role involves client outreach, virtual consultations, enrollments, and ongoing client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone who have requested their benefits and schedule a Zoom meeting with them
- Meet with clients on Zoom to educate them about available benefits
- Enroll clients who opt for supplemental benefits
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide attentive customer service and administrative support to members
